• Consultation to discuss concerns  
• A collaborative approach with school team, maintaining a positive relationship while ultimately securing services, accommodations, appropriate placement if needed
• Review and examine all student records which may include evaluations (independent and school), testing, assessments, developmental history, IEP's (current and past), 504's, team meeting notes, progress reports, report cards, review of goals, services and your concerns.
• Draft professional letters, and written requests to school district personnel and also draft complaints to districts, State Department of Education
• Request educational records, documents, review all communications
• Observation of student in his or her current placement
• Observation of any possible placements
• Explain results of testing reports 
• Attend school meetings, 
• Should you feel your ready to take your case to due process I will assess the strength of your case and make recommendations on how to proceed and refer to a special education attorney
• Providing individualized Advocacy
